Mark Siu
Mr. Siu is a nerd or an enthusiast in the new / traditional media business and has been serving a variety of corporations overseas and local with blue-chip nature to establish both the mind share and market share of their products via innovative preemption strikes. He used to be a creative director & production executive of key broadcaster and senior executive of telecom operators. In recent years, he is in TMT industry focusing BD, R&D and venture financing. An alum of PMD of Harvard Business School, USA and also a MSc of media technology. Prior to these, he studied film & television in Maine and practiced martial art. Mr Siu is also one of the key founders of MOOCO and a hiker. Mr. Siu’s recent interest is disruptive technology and social inclusion. He is the Chief Strategist of Transmedia Communications Limited.

Bill Chiu
Mr. Chiu has graduated from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) degree of Master Science degree in Communication Engineering since 1991. He worked for varies positions in Harris Communication Corporation such technical support, sales and marketing for Asia Pacific. Afterwards, worked as sales management position for Norte Networks for telecom and mobile applications. Stationed in Shanghai for more than five year for NICE Systems for major banking and finance customers, partners and channels management.
Now, he is working as management position for local SI Transcom Solution Ltd. for Hong Kong and China market.

Craig Norris
Mr. Norris thinks he is now about half way through his career, after 32 years in the media industries. He hopes he has at least another 32 years of useful contributions to make.
Craig’s career started with a general education in electronics and communications and computers with the Department of Civil Aviation in Australia. From there he took a turn into the media industries with a role as a project manager for the computerization of newspaper production. 
That led him to Sony Corporation at a time when they made the world’s first battery powered laptop word processing device with an LCD screen. He helped journalists to enter the world of computerized writing and publishing.
His 15 years with Sony Corporation gave him experience with sound recording, radio broadcasting, television production, video editing, software development, and television broadcast automation. A special feature of his career is that he straddles the analogue and digital era. He was always the one to introduce the new digital technologies to the media industries for sound recording, video production, video recording, video editing, and television automation systems.  For the past fifteen years he has been a consultant for television stations and has managed projects for IPTV, Disaster Recovery and Media Asset Management. In between broadcast projects, Craig operates a successful photography studio in Hong Kong and he writes technical articles for TV Technology magazine.

Victor Leung
Mr. Leung has been in information technology field for years and dedicated his expertise in business society and solution integration. His interest on the importance and relationship of creative industry to modern business led to his Master of Science degree in multimedia technology. He worked as the project leader for the development of MOOCO platform in School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. As one of the MOCOO co-founders, he continues to research and develop the platform to extend its limit and discover any possibilities. He has now studied in cross application of creative media and user intelligence in development of fintech products.

Personal Background:

Pang joined Blue Tongue Entertainment (Australia) in 1996 as one of the founding engineers of the company. The company specialises in cross-platform computer game development, and has been working with Ericsson, Electronic Arts (US), Hasbro Interactive (US), THQ (US), Universal Studio (US), etc. 

Pang has been involved in the following projects: "AFL Final Fevers," (1996) Designer and Senior Software Engineer (PC); "Starship Trooper: Terrain Ascendancy," (2000) Senior Software Engineer (PC); "Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis," (2003) Senior Software Engineer (PC, X-Box, PS2), which won the Australia Game Developer Conference (AGDC) Awards 2003, Best Game for Next Generation Consoles Award, Best Game Audio Award, Best Level Design Award and the Outstanding Visual Arts Award.

Before joining SCM, Pang has been working in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Multimedia Innovation Center (MIC) / School of Design (SD) as a lecturer in Game Design / Game Development.
